4. Children's Privacy (Under 18)
DPDP Act 2023 §9 Compliance: Users identified as minors (under 18) receive automatic privacy protections. No behavioral analytics, marketing, or public leaderboard participation is enabled for minors without verifiable parental consent.
- Birth year is collected via a scroll-wheel picker (not a checkbox) as required by DPDP Rules 2025.
- No behavioral advertising is shown to users under 18.
- Minor accounts do not appear on public leaderboards.
